Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The watch has malfunctions or does not match the specifications stated in the product details.

To initiate a return, please provide:

  • Detailed descriptions of the issue.
  • Clear pictures and videos as evidence.

Important Return Conditions:

  • Returns are not accepted if the watch has been worn. Please ensure the item remains in its original condition as received.
  • You must request a return within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will immediately arrange a replacement.

Return Process:

  1. Send the watch to the return address we provide.
  2. Provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment.
  3. Do not use major shipping companies like DHL, EMS, or FedEx. Instead, use a regular registered postal service to avoid customs issues.
  4. Once we confirm that your return shipment is trackable online, we will dispatch your replacement as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

The refund process takes up to 7 working days from the date of your request, in accordance with our payment processor’s regulations.

Refund Process:

  • We will select the most suitable refund method, and you may be required to provide your account details.
  • Refunds may be issued through different payment methods or accounts to expedite processing.
  • Partial refunds may be considered upon discussion.

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • A replacement watch is not available in factory stock or our own inventory.
  • Your ordered product is out of stock, and you choose not to replace it with another item.
  • Your package is seized by customs when shipped via our recommended shipping method. In this case, we can either refund you or resend your order, depending on our discussion. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
